Dbrij Projects

Fund milestones into escrow, lock acceptance criteria, and release money only when work is approved. Project management where payment is part of the process.

How is this different from a normal task board?

The work is attached to money and to the rest of the company. A milestone can hold funds in escrow, a task can come out of a meeting, and the person doing it is the same person Access, People and Finance already know about.

What is escrow on a project, and how does it work?

The client funds each milestone into escrow with a licensed payment provider before the work starts. Both sides lock the acceptance criteria, the work is submitted with evidence, and approval releases the money. It gives a client the confidence to start and the contractor the confidence to work.

What happens if there is a disagreement?

Either side can open a dispute. The work, the agreed criteria and the conversation history form the evidence bundle, and an arbiter decides how the escrowed funds settle.

Can I work with people outside my company?

Yes. Invite a client or a contractor as a guest and they see only the project you invited them to, never the rest of your workspace.

Do tasks connect to meetings?

Yes. Meetings can produce tasks directly, so the decision and the follow up live in the same system instead of in someone notes.

What does it cost?

Projects on its own is ₦6,500 or $8 per seat per month. It is also in the Work Suite, in Dbrij One and in every core plan.

Can I set recurring work?

Yes. A recurring series mints an ordinary task each turn, so the routine work of the company appears without anyone having to remember it.
