What does Access control?

Do I have to set permissions in every product?

No. That is the point. A role is defined once and it applies everywhere, so a new person is set up in one action rather than in fifteen.

Can I give someone temporary access?

Yes. A direct grant can expire on a date, and guests can be limited to a single project.

Can I see who did what?

Yes. The audit trail records access relevant actions so you can answer that question later.
